Twice in 3 years - Xansa Recruitment wins IT & Telecoms Staffing Company of the year 2007

The award is a major indicator of professional standards and recognised as such by service users and has most consistently demonstrated the professional values associated with ATSCo.

The award recognises demonstration of Best Practice Excellence in Client and Candidate management, Employee Development and Community Involvement. Xansa Recruitment (XR) has won this major award against stiff competition from ATSCo member recruitment companies, who between them represent more than half the UK market place.

The award reflects the trust & consistency our customers and candidates have in XR and the value-add that we bring to their businesses.

XR were initially short listed as one of ten companies and then were selected as one of four finalists for this key award. Each finalist company was then questioned face to face, by an independent panel of judges. One of our major clients - the IT Director of a Fortune 100 media company, joined Peter Holliday in answering the independent judges' questions at the session in London. This team effort was rewarded on Friday 16 November - at the Annual ATSCo Ball held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. XR employees voted for their colleagues to attend the Ball and the Xansa Recruitment table of twelve celebrated in style when Peter & Isaac stepped up to collect the Award.

Peter Holliday, Business Operations Director, who has led the charge for the nominations since 2004, commented
