Xansa, the outsourcing and technology company, announces in its regular year-end update, that trading performance for the twelve months to 30 April 2006 is in line with management expectations.
Xansa is also announcing separately today a contract extension.
Lawson Software, a leading provider of ERP solutions, has renewed its partnership with Xansa for software product maintenance. The three year renewal builds upon the existing partnership under which Xansa manages Lawson's product maintenance services via an Offshore Development Centre at its facilities in Chennai.
Xansa's preliminary results will be announced on 29 June 2006.
