In order to provide you with a choice of benefits that can be tailored to your personal circumstances, we operate a Flexible Benefits Scheme - Xansa Flex.
We offer a benefit fund per annum, which, in addition to your reference salary, makes up your total compensation. You can then choose the benefits which suit you and the cost is deducted from your total compensation.
Current benefits available to employees are:
Holidays
Employees can elect between 20 and 35 days leave on an annual basis.
Pension
A money purchase (defined contribution) scheme is offered.
Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
Provides financial support for medical treatment outside of the NHS . Employees can elect single, married, single parent or family cover.
Permanent Health Insurance (PHI)
Provides income replacement in the event of long term sickness absence from work. Employees can elect cover at 50%, 66.6% or 75% of reference salary (less state benefits).
Critical Illness
Provides employees and their family with a lump sum benefit upon initial diagnosis of an eligible critical illness or condition following a specified 'survival period'. Employees can elect cover in units of £25,000.
Life Assurance
Provides a cash lump sum in the event of an employee's death. Employees can elect cover between 1x and 4x reference salary.
Dental Insurance
Provides employees and their family with the ability to claim back money for the dental treatment they receive. Cover is available at four levels - Clear 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Travel Insurance
Provides employees and their family with international holiday and leisure annual travel insurance.
Health Assessments
Employees can purchase an annual health assesment for themselves and their partner/spouse, which gives an assessment of current health and understanding of future health risks.
Childcare Vouchers
Employees can purchase vouchers to meet childcare costs in a tax efficient manner.
Retail Vouchers
Employees can purchase vouchers for a range of High Street retailers at discounted prices e.g. Asda, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and House of Fraser. These are just a few of the retailers where vouchers may be redeemed.
Voluntary Benefits Scheme
Employees can enjoy preferential rates on a wide range of products and services via Extra Value (our online interative program).
